Smile Isle Orthodontics is led by Dr. Marina Kosturos, DDS, MSD, a board-certified orthodontist who completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Colorado after earning her DDS from the University of the Pacific.
Dr. Marina graduated in the top 5 percent of her dental school class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. Her training includes the growth and development of the jaws and face in children and adolescents, and she provides orthodontic care for children, teenagers, and adults.

Dr. Marina and Dr. Rick have been absolutely wonderful!! We researched a lot of orthodontists for our daughter and could not be happier with Smile Isle! They spent time really getting to know my daughter and worked out a treatment plan that was specifically designed just for her while taking into consideration her concerns. This made her feel so much more comfortable and confident. As a parent, I could not ask for more! Since starting our treatment plan we have attended two follow up appointments and each visit is amazing! They remember small details of my kids’ lives that show they genuinely care and are interested in them. My daughter LOVES coming to her appointments and my son, who isn’t even a patient, loves to come too!
The office is exquisite! I personally love the style and the warm, welcoming feel! I am trying to recruit Dr. Marina to design my home! All the details are wonderful and well planned!

I wish I could give 20 stars! From the moment I walked through the door, my experience felt incredibly personalized and intentional. Every detail of the office has been so thoughtfully put together, and Dr. Marina and her team bring that same level of care and attention to their patients.
I was greeted with a smile and received truly top-tier treatment from start to finish. Getting Invisalign as an adult can feel a little intimidating, but the team took the time to explain my treatment plan in a way that was clear, approachable, and easy to understand. I never felt overwhelmed or unsure about the process.
You can tell Dr. Marina is intentional about surrounding herself with the absolute best team. The level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail is unmatched. I would 20/20 recommend this office for both kids and adults!

We had such an amazing experience with Dr. Marina at Smile Isle Orthodontics! We went in today for a free consultation for all three of my children, and we were blown away by the entire experience from start to finish.
The office is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and feels brand new. They have all of the latest technology and newest equipment, and I was especially impressed with how comprehensive their evaluation was. All three of my children received free airway exams and 3-D imaging of their mouths, which gave us so much insight into their individual orthodontic and airway needs.
What really stood out to me was how much time Dr. Marina spent with our family. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough and answered every single one of my questions without ever making us feel rushed. We worked together to create specialized treatment care plans for each of my children, because she truly took the time to look at each child individually rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
And the kids absolutely loved the fun personal touches! They each received their own Smile Isle baseball cap and stickers, which made the experience even more exciting for them. 🧢⚾️
I also love that Smile Isle is more than just an orthodontic office—they genuinely give back to the community and support local baseball teams and elementary schools. As a mom, supporting a business that invests in the community and in our children means so much to me.

We love Smile Isle! The staff is welcoming, kind, and does a great job making us both (kid-patient and parent) feel comfortable and informed. We initially came in for a free consultation.
